I've been working a lot of the early shifts for the past couple weeks, so I didn't want to stay up too late to go out and take any new ones. Hahaha, Mountain Dew is awesome! The colour needs improving though... it really doesn't look nice.Domhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02484107284986186647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8835051947773546950.post-16453515383540901882012-06-17T01:34:42.718+01:002012-06-17T01:34:42.718+01:00Great movie (Schindler's List). Swedish would've been easy to learn; if I had had enough time to repeat the vocabulary and basic phrases, I would be able to hold a bit of a conversation now. Hebrew was a lot more difficult, because in addition to the vocabulary I also had to learn the Hebrew alphabet, which is why, ultimately, I decided to drop the course.
I would love to be able to speak more languages than English and German, because they're my native tongues and I never learnt to speak a foreign language fluently. I had Latin in school, and it has helped me understand quite a lot of technical terms, but it might also help me learn Spanish, so that's the next language I might try to learn how to speak.
I don't even need to speak the language fluently - I just want to visit a country and not have to ask people if they speak English.

Thanks, the same to you!Domhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02484107284986186647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8835051947773546950.post-57986762459106041302012-06-15T19:27:12.406+01:002012-06-15T19:27:12.406+01:00Wow I can only imagine taking courses in those lan...Wow I can only imagine taking courses in those languages. I think I'd get them mixed up even though they're so dissimilar.

Have a good weekend!Jenny Woolfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16881781466502273314noreply@blogger.com
