If you ask me, nighttime is the best time to take pictures in the city. A year ago, I didn't think that way, mainly because I was too lazy to stay out late. Picture 2 is the un-retouched version; I'm gonna have to work on that because I had to shoot at ISO 800 because it was too windy to do a 10 or 20 minute exposure.
