When The Stars Go Blue

This lovely bascule bridge connects the banks of the river Amstel, or rather the Binnenamstel, according to the map that I bought at the central station. The Keizersgracht and Prinsengracht canals are nearby. The Magere Brug is illuminated at night time (when we were there, after 8 o'clock in the evening), though a lot of the light bulbs weren't working or were not switched on - hence, the dark right section of the bridge. I already posted one blog post including pictures of my recent trip and there'll be more to come.
