A man he loves a woman
They marry and they raise a child
That's the way the whole world over
But there's too much life involved
Now looking out the window
At the skies that keep closing in
And deep down in their heart they know
The void will never fill
Photographs And Memories
That never fade as time moves on
And he becomes the hunter
And questions burn like the sun
And for the pilgrim
The road is always long and sore
But for the love of the father
You walk it all and so much more

I was waiting to read about the memories ! :)
I mean for you, associated with the photos.
Sorry to disappoint, Jenny...
I was going to tell a story - in fact, I had already typed a few paragraphs when I decided to delete it - in short, I was going to tell that many people who were born and raised in Hamburg claim Hamburg to be the most beautiful city in the world, and I was going to compare Hamburg to London, but I didn't really like what I'd written so far and I was too tired to bother to rewrite the text.
I took the blog post title from a line from the song, because I didn't think the title of the song would make for a good title for this post, but I wanted to share the lyrics because that song has been stuck in my head for a few days.
The pictures were taken after work and on my way to work, respectively.
Have a great day.
Difficult to talk about some memories and to compare places and people. The weekend is good despite of the weather. :)
Yeah, that's true... then again, there are quite a few similarities. Hamburg's Schanzenviertel is somewhat similar to Camden Town, albeit much smaller in size. The posh quarter of Eppendorf reminds me of my beloved Richmond. Both cities are home to a multitude of ethnicities, which, in my opinion, is a beautiful thing. I could easily continue this list...
