The dogs on main street howl 'cause they understand
If I could take one moment into my hands
Mister I ain't a boy, no I'm a man
And I believe in the promised land

Good evening!
I'm back from my weekend getaway to Paderborn and Herford in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. There's a lot of beautiful, old houses and churches... I hope you enjoy what you see... I'll post more pictures of the architecture soon.

I do like the photos! After spending two very short breaks in Munich and Nord-Pas-de-Calais, I finally see why people love Europe so much! I can't get enough of all the stunning architecture.
love the first photo! so cozy
Thank you! It's such a wonderful place; it's very peaceful and quiet. There weren't many tourists around either.
A very pretty town! I love that architecture. :)
Those towns were really pretty indeed. There's a lot of history, too: Charlemagne played a part in the early history of Paderborn.
