Tupelo Honey

Excavation work above and one
of the finds - a fibula - below.
Germany.
October 2010.

Good news! I got an email from the archaeological excavation firm I'd contacted a while ago. They pay really well. In fact, I'd be earning 70 or 80 Euros a day (depending on whether I work seven or eight hours). That's a lot more than I made last year (30 Euros a day). Hopefully, I'll get that job.

Title taken from this beautiful song by Van Morrison.

Goodnight.

Moa: Van is the man! ;-)

Brooke: Yes it is. It's what kept us going in the 35°C / 95°F heat.
