Two days ago, my flatmates and I got the keys to our apartment. My alarm went off a 5:30 yesterday morning and I've been awake since then - some 40 hours now. It was well worth it though: We're done painting the bedrooms, so we can move the furniture in tomorrow. Unfortunately, we won't have internet access until at least the end of next week, so I don't know how soon I'll get a chance to check out your new blog posts or reply to comments. However, I'll probably head over to my mum's house a couple times to keep in touch with the rest of the world until our internet is fixed.
I'm going to pack up the rest of my stuff now; we'll begin loading the furniture onto the van at 9 o'clock sharp tomorrow morning.
In a fortnight at this time of day, I'll be in Edinburgh already.

its exciting moving in somewhere new :) course, i think you've done way more moving than i have lol from the sounds of your life so far anyways. good luck for everything! hopefully you wont have to go longer than that for internet. i'd be going insane.

Brooke: Yes it is! However, there's always one or two things that don't work - once we get those fixed, it'll be a great place to live in though. The past two and a half years have been crazy, I moved three times.
I won't have wireless internet before the 20th or 21st of December...

Ich werde nicht dazu kommen, die schottische Landschaft zu fotografieren; stattdessen werde ich einmal ganz entspannt und zum ersten Mal seit sieben Jahren wieder das Leben in den schottischen Städten genießen. Dabei hoffe ich auf schöne Lichtstimmungen und gutes Wetter für Langzeitbelichtungen, aber die Highlands besuche ich während einem späteren Trip, für den ich jedoch noch keine genaueren Pläne habe.
