Equinoxe

Rügen, Germany.
35mm film.
August 2010.

Those are the last pictures from the rolls of film I brought to the lab last week that I'm going to publish here. I'll get more film developed next month.

Blog post title taken from the album of the same name by Jean Michel Jarre. Click here and here to listen.
My Dual CS 731 Q record player (bought by my mum in 1980) died a while ago... a friend of mine wanted to sell two turntables... I bought one of them as a replacement... and the first record I played today was Jean Michel Jarre's "Equinoxe".

Have a lovely evening, and a nice weekend.

Two super pictures, you must be so pleased to see them at last. (I'm looking at them on a proper screen today! ) Have a good weekend.

Thank you very much!

Jenny: Yes, I am pleased! I did have one roll of film from my trip to Rügen developed last year already, but I put the other one aside. I have a box of undeveloped film, and I don't label my film containers. It's always a pleasant surprise when you pick up the developed film a few months or even years later and you're reminded of a beautiful place or of an old friend whom you haven't seen or spoken to in a long time...

What a lovely photo! Life amazes me on the ways it can carry on. That tree definitely has the elements against it.

The tree is probably gone by now...

Great to capture the tree's descent into the sea.
